Abstract:

Essential hypertension is a common chronic cardiovascular disease that affects the health of a large number of people worldwide. Blood pressure variability is an important indicator reflecting the stability of blood pressure regulation in patients with hypertension, and it is closely related to the occurrence and development of target organ damage. This study focuses on the correlation between blood pressure variability and target organ damage in patients with essential hypertension, and observes the effect of standardized clinical intervention on improving blood pressure variability and reducing the risk of target organ damage. The research aims to provide reliable evidence for optimizing the clinical management of hypertension, improving the stability of blood pressure control, and protecting the function of important target organs. The results of this study can help clinicians formulate more personalized and scientific intervention plans, and promote the long-term stable management of patients with hypertension.

Key Words:
