Study on the Correlation between the Degree of Hepatic Steatosis and Metabolic Syndrome in Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract:

Essential hypertension is a common chronic cardiovascular disease that poses a serious threat to human health and has important clinical and public health significance. Blood pressure variability, as an important indicator reflecting the stability of blood pressure regulation, is closely related to the occurrence and development of target organ damage in patients with essential hypertension. Target organ damage caused by essential hypertension involves the heart, brain, kidneys, blood vessels and other important organs, which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and even lead to serious adverse outcomes. This study aims to systematically explore the correlation between blood pressure variability and target organ damage in patients with essential hypertension, analyze the influence of different clinical intervention measures on blood pressure variability and target organ damage, provide reliable clinical evidence for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension, and lay a foundation for improving the management level of patients with essential hypertension. The study selected a large number of patients with essential hypertension who received standardized diagnosis and treatment, collected relevant clinical data, detected indicators related to blood pressure variability and target organ damage, and analyzed the data by scientific statistical methods to clarify the internal connection between the two and the effect of clinical intervention. The results of the study can provide important reference for clinical medical staff to formulate individualized intervention plans, optimize the treatment strategy of essential hypertension, and reduce the incidence of target organ damage, which is of great practical significance for improving the prognosis of patients with essential hypertension.
