Abstract:
Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury refers to a pathological phenomenon in which blood flow is restored after cerebral ischemia for a period of time, resulting in more serious brain tissue damage due to mechanisms such as cell apoptosis, inflammatory response, oxidative stress, and autophagy.Relevant studies have shown that microRNA (miRNA) , as an important mediator in regulating inflammatory factors, plays a crucial role in the pathological process of cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury. This review reveals the mechanism by which miRNA regulates inflammatory factors in cerebral ischemia- reperfusion injury. Intervention treatments promote or inhibit the expression of miRNA, thereby reducing cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
