Abstract：

 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation, which has a high incidence, high mortality, and high disease burden globally. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of COPD involve multiple links, such as screening, assessment, intervention, and follow-up, and the standardized development of these links is crucial to improving the quality of life of patients and reducing the social disease burden. This paper focuses on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of COPD, systematically sorts out the key links of clinical diagnosis and treatment, clarifies the core connotation of standardized management, explores the optimization path of diagnosis and treatment strategies, and summarizes the practical experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The research aims to improve the accuracy of COPD diagnosis, the standardization of treatment, and the level of long-term management, so as to provide practical reference for clinical medical staff to carry out diagnosis and treatment work, promote the continuous improvement of COPD clinical diagnosis and treatment level, and better protect the physical and mental health of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
