Abstract:
Breast cancer remains a major malignant tumor that threatens female health worldwide. The exploration of its pathogenesis and the optimization of comprehensive treatment strategies carry important clinical value and practical significance. This paper systematically summarizes the molecular mechanisms, signaling pathway disorders, and microenvironment changes related to breast cancer occurrence and development. It also analyzes the core modules of comprehensive treatment, including surgical intervention, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical references for the improvement of breast cancer diagnosis and treatment systems, the refinement of individualized treatment plans, and the enhancement of long-term outcomes for patients. The content focuses on the integration of basic research progress and clinical application effects, and highlights the development trends of precise and standardized treatment of breast cancer.
