Role of Mast Cells in Heart Failure and Their Underlying Autonomic Neural Mechanisms

Abstract:

The number of patients with heart failure has been increasing in recent years, and their clinical treatment outcomes are not ideal. Exploring the specific pathogenesis can bring new directions for the treatment of heart failure and improve clinical outcomes. Mast cells and their brain cardiac autonomic nervous system mechanisms are one of the important pathological mechanisms in the occurrence of heart failure. This article provides a review of the role of mast cells in heart failure and their brain cardiac autonomic nervous mechanisms.
