Abstract：

Heart failure is one of the diseases with the highest incidence rate in the world, and inflammation plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of heart failure and its complications. Numerous studies have shown that the Toll like receptor 4 signaling pathway can cause damage to the myocardium by mediating different inflammatory factors. Therefore, it has been recently discovered that the Toll like receptor 4 signaling pathway can be used to predict the severity and prognosis of heart failure and its complications, and can also serve as a target for many new anti heart failure drugs to improve symptoms and benefit heart failure patients. This article reviews the application value of Toll like receptor 4 signaling pathway in the above two aspects of heart failure.
