Abstract:
Coronary artery myocardial bridge (MB) is a congenital coronary artery anomaly, and most patients have no symptoms. However, it is an important factor leading to myocardial ischemia in patients, which can cause symptoms of angina, acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmia, and in rare cases, sudden cardiac death. In recent years, a large number of research articles have been published on the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of MB. This article will discuss MB from the aspects of epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment.
