Abstract:

Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) has the characteristics of high incidence rate, high mortality and high disability rate, which seriously threatens public health. Head CT is the preferred diagnostic method for cerebral hemorrhage, but further research is needed in the field of HICH diagnosis to accurately assess the risk of hematoma enlargement (HE), predict neurological function prognosis, and identify hidden causes of bleeding. The main goals of HICH drug treatment include preventing HE and hematoma recurrence; There is still controversy over whether surgical removal of hematoma can improve prognosis, as well as its indications and surgical methods, and further research is needed to clarify. In addition, the combined use of antithrombotic drugs has brought new challenges to the treatment of such patients. How to improve coagulation function in the acute phase of bleeding and optimize the timing of antithrombotic drug restart to balance the risk of bleeding and ischemic events is a key issue that needs to be focused on.

Key Words:
