Abstract:
Driven by the rapid iteration of digital technology and the connotative development of higher education, digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for universities to enhance teaching quality and optimize the allocation of educational resources. Currently, teaching resources in Chinese universities face problems such as fragmentation, homogenization, insufficient sharing, and low utilization efficiency, making it difficult to meet the demands of digital teaching model reform and the diversified needs of talent cultivation. Based on the core connotation of digital transformation, combined with the characteristics and current situation of university teaching resources, this paper constructs an overall framework for the integration and sharing of teaching resources. It clarifies the principles and objectives of the framework design, analyzes the overall architecture, system composition, integration paths, and sharing operation mechanisms, and builds a support system from four dimensions: organizational management, technical platforms, institutional norms, and funding and talent. Finally, it draws research conclusions, providing theoretical references and practical pathways for universities to break through teaching resource bottlenecks, improve resource utilization efficiency, and promote the digital transformation of education and teaching.
