Abstract:
The application of artificial intelligence in the legal practice is flourishing, and its active presence can always be seen in the field of legal services and activities. This is due to the powerful advantages of artificial intelligence in evaluating legal risks and potential violations, reviewing contracts, drafting documents, and conducting legal searches. However, it cannot and cannot completely replace legal professionals, because artificial intelligence cannot be compared with humans in terms of value judgment, comparative and interdisciplinary legal analysis, creative thinking, and social context connection ability. However, the fact that artificial intelligence has partially replaced the legal profession requires active response from legal education. In the future, the cultivation of legal talents should be adjusted in a timely manner to meet the needs of the times, master artificial intelligence technology, strengthen the cultivation of unique skills for legal professionals, and emphasize legal ethics education.
