Abstract:

Secondary vocational education aims to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, emphasizing practical ability and job suitability. However, the traditional "theory-infused" teaching model struggles to meet the "theory-practice integration, learning for application" teaching needs of secondary vocational specialized courses, leading to issues such as insufficient student learning initiative and a disconnect between practical skills and job requirements. Project-driven teaching, as a teaching model centered on practical projects and placing students as the main subjects, transforms actual job tasks into teaching projects. It guides students to integrate theoretical knowledge, hone practical skills, and cultivate professional competence throughout the project completion process, offering an effective path for the reform of secondary vocational specialized course teaching. This paper takes secondary vocational specialized courses as the research object, systematically explores the application design and practical effects of project-driven teaching, analyzes the problems encountered during application, and proposes targeted strategies for enhancing effectiveness. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for secondary vocational institutions to optimize specialized course teaching models, improve teaching quality, and cultivate technical and skilled talents that meet industry demands.
