Abstract:
The integration of industry and education is the core orientation for the high-quality development of vocational education in the new era, and it is also a key pathway for secondary vocational education to solve the disconnect between talent cultivation and industrial demands and to enhance educational quality. As the main front for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, secondary vocational education inherently requires school-enterprise cooperation as its core educational model. The deepening implementation of the industry-education integration strategy poses new requirements and challenges to the traditional school-enterprise cooperative education model in secondary vocational schools. Based on the contemporary background of industry-education integration and combined with the current practice of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools, this paper systematically analyzes the new requirements imposed by industry-education integration on talent cultivation goals and collaborative mechanisms. It explores pathways to deepen the school-enterprise cooperative education model, conducting innovative explorations from four dimensions: educational mechanisms, cooperation models, evaluation systems, and guarantee mechanisms. The aim is to build a healthy ecosystem of "deep industry-education integration and collaborative school-enterprise education," achieving synchronized development between secondary vocational education and industrial progress, and providing theoretical reference and practical insights for secondary vocational institutions to cultivate technical and skilled talents that meet industrial needs.
