Abstract:

In the context of the high-quality development of vocational education, the industry-education community, as a crucial vehicle for deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation, provides a new perspective and practical pathways for innovating cooperative education models in higher vocational institutions. Currently, traditional school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education faces challenges such as insufficient synergy, disjointed educational goals, poor resource integration, and imperfect support systems, making it difficult to meet the demand for high-quality technical and skilled personnel required for industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the core concept of the industry-education community—"collaborative symbiosis, resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win development"—this paper constructs an innovative framework for school-enterprise cooperative education models in higher vocational institutions. It clarifies the innovation principles, core objectives, overall structure, and key dimensions, and explores practical pathways for collaborative construction, educational innovation, resource sharing, and robust support. The aim is to resolve traditional cooperation dilemmas, enhance talent cultivation quality, achieve synchronous development between higher vocational education and industry, and provide theoretical references and practical insights for school-enterprise cooperative education practices.
