Abstract:
Network security is related to the overall development and security. In order to meet the practical and long-term needs, the theoretical research on the legal system of network information security supervision should be timely, necessary, appropriate, and responsible. Based on the perspective of law enforcement subjects, it should break away from the traditional disciplinary paradigm in the field of law, face practice and actual combat, and adhere to the path of open cross disciplinary, integrated, collaborative, and multidisciplinary joint research. Network security is related to national security, social security, and public security, and can be mainly divided into three major areas: network operation security, network information security, and data security. The operational path of the legal system for network information security supervision includes regulatory path, regulatory path, autonomous path, and intelligent governance path. From the perspective of the current situation of regulatory practice, we should design a regulatory implementation path, a regulatory legal supervision system, and a regulatory legal guarantee system.
