A Study on Enhancing Operational Efficiency and Promoting Management Innovation in Enterprises from the Perspective of “AI+Management”

Abstract：

In today’s era of rapid technological advancement, artificial intelligence (AI) has become a core driving force behind transformation across various industries. Its powerful capabilities in data processing, pattern recognition, and intelligent decision-making are profoundly reshaping corporate operational models and management ecosystems. As the cornerstone of a company’s survival and development, operational management directly impacts its competitiveness and sustainable development. By leveraging AI technologies such as machine learning, big data analysis, and natural language processing, enterprises can automate and intelligentize their operational processes, enhance the speed and quality of information acquisition and analysis, and optimize decision-making processes, thereby effectively improving operational efficiency. Based on this, this paper begins with the theoretical foundations of management to systematically examine the pathways for efficiency improvement through AI in areas such as production operations, supply chain management, and marketing. It then explores innovative practices in organizational structure, decision-making models, and human resource management, aiming to construct a systematic cognitive framework for “AI + Management” and provide theoretical references and practical insights for enterprises undergoing intelligent transformation.
