Abstract:
Anhui Hongyuan Occupational Health Technical Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hongyuan) encountered internal and external dilemmas in its journey to become a leader in the health assessment industry. Internally, it faced "bottlenecks" such as scarce business resources, a lack of talent, and insufficient qualifications, while externally, it encountered uncontrollable factors. When confronted with the contrast between the idealism of entrepreneurship and the harsh realities, military entrepreneur Zhao Huazhi fully leveraged her adventurous spirit and sense of social responsibility as a military entrepreneur, as well as the outstanding qualities inherent in military personnel, to build a highly cohesive entrepreneurial team. She addressed internal challenges through "offline solutions," "online solutions," and human capital investment, while tackling external difficulties through timely expansion. This paper explores the "entrepreneurial code" of military entrepreneurs, aiming to provide valuable insights and inspiration for other entrepreneurs.
