Abstract:
There are problems of supply shortage and response delay in mental health services for key focus students in colleges and universities. AIGC technology can make up for the shortcomings of traditional intervention and construct an integrated intervention mode featuring lightweight identification, micro-dialogue counseling, security boundary control and data-driven iteration. Based on campus behavior data, this mode completes pre-screening, reduces students' communication resistance through non-judgmental real-time interaction, sticks to the safety bottom line through manual review mechanism, and continuously optimizes intervention strategies combined with practical feedback. The mode can expand the coverage and improve the response efficiency of mental health services for key focus students, and provide technical support for campus psychological crisis prevention.
