Abstract：

The circadian clock includes input pathways, the biological clock itself, and output pathways. Drosophila, as a cutting-edge model organism in the study of circadian rhythms, needs further understanding. This article provides a review of clock genes, kinase and phosphatase regulation, two interdependent transcription/translation feedback loops, clock cells, and circadian behavior in the circadian rhythm of fruit flies.
