Abstract：

Tremella polysaccharides is a kind of heteropolysaccharide, which is considered to be a kind of plant-derived hyaluronic acid. Tremella polysaccharides has special biological activity, such as enhancing immunity. At the same time, Tremella polysaccharides has high moisture and stability. Tremella polysaccharides can be added to health products, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. At this stage, the research of Tremella polysaccharides is still in the laboratory in the field of health care products and medical supplies stage. Tremella polysaccharides are soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvents. So in laboratory, Tremella polysaccharides are often extracted by using this characteristics. In order to obtain the purer active components of Tremella polysaccharides, and to simplify the technological process and increase the yield, it is necessary to do more in-depth and detailed research for the isolation, purification and degradation of Tremella polysaccharides. In this paper, the research status and development trend of Tremella polysaccharides home and abroad were introduced, the function and application of Tremella polysaccharides were briefly described, and the extraction process and degradation process involved in the preparation of Tremella polysaccharides were summarized. This paper indicated that with the development of domestic medical and health industry and biochemical technology, the application function of Tremella polysaccharides would be more deeply excavated, and the extraction purity and yield of Tremella polysaccharides can be improved greatly. Therefore, the Tremella polysaccharides in health care products and medicine industry was with wide prospects of application.
