Abstract：

Biocatalysis has become an important means of drug synthesis, and the application of enzyme based biocatalysis in chiral drug synthesis is becoming increasingly widespread. Summarized the latest achievements and main reaction types of biocatalysis in chiral drug synthesis in recent years, such as reduction of carbon oxygen double bonds, synthesis of carbon nitrogen bonds, activation of carbon hydrogen bonds, and multi enzyme cascade reactions.
