Abstract：

The research aims to explore the theoretical basis, current situation analysis, path exploration, and implementation strategies of refined management of ideological and political education in vocational colleges. Firstly, through in-depth analysis of the concepts of ideological and political education and refined management, the intrinsic connection between the two is revealed, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research. In terms of path exploration, the research focuses on the application of refined management concepts in ideological and political education, the construction and practice of models, as well as the identification of key elements and strategies, providing guidance for the development of efficient management plans. Research focuses on the implementation of refined management of ideological and political education in vocational colleges, clarifying implementation steps, resource allocation, and problem-solving strategies, and providing feasible suggestions for improving the effectiveness and depth of ideological and political education. This comprehensive research framework aims to promote the improvement of ideological and political education management level in vocational colleges, in order to better meet the comprehensive development needs of contemporary college students.
