Progress in the Development and Sharing of Big Data in Agricultural Science between China and Foreign Countries

Abstract:

Agricultural science big data refers to the massive amount of scientific data accumulated and compiled over a long period of time in agricultural scientific and technological activities. It not only directly reflects the overall level of agricultural science and technology foundation of a country, but also affects the sustainable, stable, and long-term development and improvement of agricultural scientific and technological strength, and has important preservation and development value. In the context of data intensive scientific research, agricultural science big data is a strategic and fundamental resource that supports agricultural technological innovation and the development of modern agriculture, and is related to the strategic interests and national security of the country. In order to promote the construction of agricultural science big data and facilitate data sharing and utilization, this article summarizes the development strategy and sharing policies of scientific big data through literature research, website research, and comparative analysis. It summarizes and analyzes the progress of agricultural science big data construction and sharing, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of agricultural science big data from the perspectives of policy formulation and implementation, data resource construction mode and resource integration, data openness and publishing, in order to provide reference for the construction and sharing of scientific big data in China's agricultural field.
