Abstract：

With the continuous development of agriculture in China, people have increased their attention to agricultural water conservancy and water-saving irrigation projects. On the basis of limited water resources, it is necessary to carry out the construction and management of water-saving irrigation projects for farmland water conservancy, thereby promoting the development of agriculture in China, improving agricultural economic benefits, and ensuring ecosystem balance. This article elaborates on the importance of the construction and management of agricultural water conservancy and water-saving irrigation projects, analyzes the current situation of project construction and management, and proposes measures to strengthen the construction and management of agricultural water conservancy and water-saving irrigation projects.
