Abstract:
With the continuous improvement of China's economic strength and scientific research capabilities, agricultural science and technology have also made significant progress, and various high-tech agricultural machinery products have emerged accordingly. The hydraulic system of agricultural water conservancy machinery has also achieved automation and systematization. Although hydraulic systems of agricultural water conservancy machinery have been widely used in agriculture, the high failure rate during system operation seriously hinders the normal operation and production of various agricultural enterprises. Aiming at the causes of hydraulic system failures in agricultural water conservancy machinery, this paper analyzes the composition of hydraulic systems in agricultural water conservancy machinery and the characteristics of common faults. Methods and measures for diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic system failures in agricultural water conservancy machinery are proposed.
