CADASIL 神经影像标志物与认知功能下降的综合探讨

摘要(Abstract):

CADASIL是最常见的遗传性脑小血管病,其认知障碍发生率高且表型高度异质。本综述系统概述CADASIL的主要神经影像学标志物,包括脑白质高信号、腔隙性梗死灶、微出血、扩大的血管周围间隙与类淋巴功能,重点梳理不同病变负荷与分布的认知相关性,强调影像标志物在认知风险早期分层和个体化干预策略中的应用前景。
