摘要(Abstract):
2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)管理核心在于维持长期稳定的血糖控制,以预防并发症。传统的血糖监测指标不可或缺,但其主要反映既定血糖状态,对预测血糖波动趋势及潜在风险的早期预警能力有限。近年来,寻找能够反映T2DM病理生 理 过 程 的 新 型 生 物 标 志 物 成 为 研 究 热 点 。 γ - 谷 氨 酰 转 肽 酶 ( Gamma-glutamyltransferase,GGT )、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)在T2DM的发生发展中均扮演重要角色。本文系统探讨了二者单独及联合应用在预测T2DM患者血糖控制与波动的潜在价值与可行性。通过梳理现有证据,我们认为GGT与IL-6的组合提供了一个整合代谢应激与炎症状态的复合指标,有望成为预测和管理T2DM血糖控制的新型、有效的指标。
