Abstract:

In recent years, with the rapid development of bioorthogonal click chemistry, it has become possible to achieve specific selection markers and imaging biomolecules in living systems. The ability of bioorthogonal click chemistry reactions to achieve rapid and selective chemical reactions between two exogenous complementary moieties in biological systems with negligible interference with biological activity makes them useful in a variety of biological applications. Has high prospects. This article reviews the recent progress of bioorthogonal click chemistry in bioimaging. This article discusses common bioorthogonal click reactions in in vivo systems and their in vivo biomarker and imaging applications, especially in the visualization of biomolecular processes, therapeutic cells, tumors, and bacteria. And the potential development direction of the bioorthogonal field is prospected.

Key Words:
