Abstract:
As a redox active layered transition metal dioxide nanomaterial, manganese dioxide (MnO2) nanosheets have been widely used in the field of biosensing and biomedicine in recent years because of its advantages of large surface area , strong optical absorption and oxidation capacity, high catalytic activity and good mechanical properties. This paper briefly summarizes the nanostructure and properties of MnO2 nanosheets, presents in detail their applications in biosensing, biological imaging, drug delivery and cancer treatment, and finally looks forward to the future development prospects and challenges of MnO2 nanosheets.
