Abstract:
Against the backdrop of deepening market-oriented reforms and increasingly intense industry market competition, the traditional extensive management model has gradually restricted the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises, and improving quality and efficiency has become the core approach for deepening reforms in state-owned enterprises. This paper takes the process of market-oriented development as the research scenario, adopts the literature research method and the normative research method, focuses on the actual operation and management of state-owned enterprises, systematically sorts out the current situation of their market-oriented operation, and focuses on analyzing the prominent problems in dimensions such as enterprise governance operation, resource allocation, incentive mechanism, innovation transformation, and refined management. Based on the laws of the market economy and the operational characteristics of state-owned enterprises, a multi-dimensional and implementable system for improving quality and efficiency is constructed. The study aims to address practical problems such as insufficient adaptability to market-oriented operations and low operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises, assist state-owned enterprises in strengthening their core competitiveness in the market, and provide theoretical support and practical references for deepening reform and achieving high-quality development of state-owned assets and enterprises in the new era.
