Abstract：

Construction project management plays a critical role in ensuring the success of building projects by balancing cost, time, quality, and sustainability. This paper explores the key aspects of construction project management through case studies, focusing on progress control, green construction, innovative management models, and the integration of advanced technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM). By analyzing real-world examples and incorporating insights from recent literature, this study evaluates effective strategies for overcoming challenges in construction management. Findings highlight the importance of adopting green practices, leveraging BIM for collaboration, and implementing innovative management approaches to optimize project outcomes. These insights aim to provide a reference for professionals seeking to enhance their project management practices.
