Abstract：

The rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology is reshaping the new landscape of global manufacturing. At the same time, the working models and talent structure in the accounting industry will also be profoundly affected. This paper analyzes the impact of intelligent technology on the business processes and job demands in the accounting industry based on the current state of intelligent manufacturing development. It points out that basic accounting positions are at risk of being replaced by automation, and accounting personnel need to achieve capability upgrades and reshape their professional roles. This paper argues that the successful transformation of accounting talent not only helps to enhance the level of intelligent management in enterprises but also has positive implications for optimizing the employment structure of the economic population and promoting high-quality development in manufacturing.
