Research on the Concentration of Supply Chain and the Efficiency of Enterprise Operating Capital Management

Abstract：

The efficiency of working capital management is a key indicator for measuring the governance capability and core operational vitality of enterprises, which is related to the efficiency of enterprise capital turnover, financial risk control, and sustainable development capability. The concentration of the supply chain, as a core feature of the upstream and downstream supply and demand structure of enterprises, profoundly affects the capital occupation and circulation efficiency of the entire chain of procurement, production, and sales, and plays an important role in the operation and development of enterprises. Based on this, the article systematically explores the impact, mechanism, and heterogeneity characteristics of supply chain concentration on the efficiency of enterprise working capital management, and proposes optimization strategies.
