Abstract:
Xinjiang is an important dried fruit production area in China, and the quality of dried fruit cleaning directly affects the level of product added value. This article compares and analyzes the current mechanical water washing dry fruit cleaning technologies in China, and conducts a feasibility analysis of the application of ultrasonic cleaning, dry ice cleaning, and supercritical material cleaning technologies in the field of dry fruit cleaning. It is believed that ultrasonic cleaning and supercritical cleaning are the development directions of dry fruit cleaning technology in the future, providing reference for the development of dry fruit cleaning technology.
