Abstract：

This paper starts from discussing the definition of oasis, discusses the importance of oasis and its important role in the development of agriculture and animal husbandry, and emphasizes the unswerving development of oasis agriculture under the general situation of building the "the Belt and Road". The article points out that water is the source of life, the key to production, and the foundation of ecology in oases. It emphasizes that in order to develop oases, it is necessary to focus on water conservancy construction, and in water conservancy construction, military civilian cooperation and good water conservancy planning should be carried out; We must focus on drip irrigation technology with water-saving potential, operate it carefully, and turn the water-saving potential of drip irrigation into a water-saving reality! Strive to achieve the combination of oasis development and protection, and promote the development and protection of oases in accordance with the requirements of ecological civilization!
