Abstract:

In order to investigate the effect of different soil moisture contents on the biological characteristics of cotton seedlings after the application of fluconazole, a pot experiment was conducted using "Xinluzao 44" as the test material. The changes in indicators such as fresh weight, main roots, and lateral roots of cotton seedlings under different soil moisture treatments were measured indoors. The results showed that both high and low soil moisture content during pesticide application inhibited the increase of lateral roots, while the trend of main root growth was opposite to that of lateral roots; The fresh weight of plants increases with the increase of soil moisture content, but has little effect on the dry weight of cotton seedlings' main roots.
