Abstract：

This article takes the environmental air quality in the urban area of Urumqi as the research object. By evaluating the changes in the concentration of major atmospheric pollutants before and after the implementation of the "coal to gas" project, the environmental benefits generated by the implementation of the "coal to gas" project and its effect on improving atmospheric air quality are analyzed. Furthermore, practical and feasible measures and suggestions for air pollution prevention and control are proposed, providing theoretical basis and scientific basis for the work of air pollution prevention and control in Urumqi.
