Abstract：

This article proposes a multi-level analysis of the problems of intensified residual film pollution, decreased cotton quality, and intensified land salinization in the current process of agricultural modernization in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the development of agricultural modernization in the Corps.
