Abstract:
Weight loss is not only related to appearance, but also closely related to physical health. Therefore, it is particularly important to adopt scientific, reasonable and people-oriented methods for weight loss. The people-oriented weight loss method emphasizes the development of personalized weight loss plans based on respect for individual differences and comprehensive consideration of individual physical conditions, lifestyle habits, and psychological needs. This method abandons extreme practices that rely solely on dieting or excessive exercise, and instead advocates for an organic combination of balanced diet, moderate exercise, and a positive mindset. It encourages people to gradually establish a healthy lifestyle and achieve physical and mental harmony while enjoying the weight loss process. This article elaborates on the related issues of obesity, explores the use of obesity AI, and proposes a people-centered weight loss method, aiming to explore how to use scientifically reasonable and people-oriented methods to help people effectively lose weight, regain confidence and health.
