Abstract：

In recent years, with the acceleration of globalization and the intensification of international market competition, Chinese foreign trade enterprises have faced many challenges and opportunities in the field of supply chain management. This article analyzes the international experience and trends of Chinese foreign trade enterprises in supply chain management in recent years, revealing their strategic adjustments and operational optimizations in the global market. Research has found that Chinese foreign trade enterprises are gradually attaching importance to the digital transformation of their supply chains, achieving visualization and intelligent management through the application of emerging technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. In addition, enterprises pay more attention to the sustainable development of their supply chain in international cooperation and adopt green supply chain management strategies to meet the strict requirements of global environmental regulations. Meanwhile, this article points out that in the future, Chinese foreign trade enterprises need to further enhance the flexibility and risk resistance of their supply chains to cope with the challenges of global uncertainty. This study provides useful reference and guidance for supply chain management of Chinese foreign trade enterprises in the context of globalization.
