Abstract：

Digital technology can significantly improve the management efficiency of enterprises and reduce management costs, and the Internet, the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence can all help enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency, and improve market competitiveness. The paper analyses the necessity of digital transformation of property management enterprises from four aspects: policy, economy, technology and society, and at the same time analyses the benefits and significance of digital transformation for property enterprises in combination with the advantages of digital transformation.
