Abstract:

In the field of perinatal medicine today, gestational diabetes has become a high-profile health issue, which not only affects the metabolic stability of pregnant women, but also is closely related to many maternal and infant complications. At the same time, sleep quality, as a key dimension of quality of life during pregnancy, has increasingly highlighted its profound impact on maternal and infant health in recent years. For pregnant women with gestational diabetes, sleep disorders occur frequently. However, the complex interaction between the two, especially the association with peripheral neuropathy, a hidden but serious complication, has not been fully explained. Multi center cross-sectional research can just integrate all resources, cross regional and population differences, and widely collect data to build a bridge for accurate analysis of the internal relationship between sleep quality, pregnancy diabetes and peripheral neuropathy, which is expected to fill the knowledge gap and provide a solid basis for optimizing pregnancy management strategies. In this regard, this paper analyzes the relationship between gestational diabetes and peripheral neuropathy, explores the influence path of sleep quality on peripheral neuropathy in pregnant women with gestational diabetes, and then puts forward the advantages and findings of a multi center cross-sectional study, with a view to providing reference for related fields.
