Abstract：

According to the current population development trend, our country will be in an aging society for a long time, so the demand for health service will become the most prominent and urgent demand of the elderly. In the future , how to further optimize health care services and promote healthy aging will become one of the core tasks of our population work. The thesis will take optimizing medical care service and promoting healthy aging as the theme, respectively from the introduction of the situation, research purpose, research methods, analysis , synthesis of five aspects to analyze, and make a conclusion on the corresponding content.
