Exploration into the Digital Transformation of Hospital Human Resource Management

Abstract:

With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become an important means for various industries to improve efficiency and optimize management. As a key institution for safeguarding people's health, hospitals also face an urgent need for digital transformation in their human resource management. The traditional human resource management model has problems such as cumbersome processes, low efficiency, and information silos, which make it difficult to meet the efficient and precise management requirements of modern hospitals. Digital transformation can achieve comprehensive integration, intelligent analysis, and dynamic management of hospital human resource information by introducing advanced information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. This can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of human resource management, but also provide hospitals with more scientific and reasonable talent allocation and development planning basis. Therefore, exploring the digital transformation of hospital human resource management is of great significance for promoting modernization of hospital management, improving the quality and efficiency of medical services. This article will explore in depth the necessity of digital transformation in hospital human resource management, the reshaping and transformation of core transformation processes, and the challenges on the transformation path, in order to provide reference and inspiration for the digital transformation of hospital human resource management.
