Abstract：

In today's rapidly changing business environment, private enterprises are facing unprecedented competitive pressure. In order to stand out in the market, companies must continuously optimize their management models and improve operational efficiency. Performance management, as a core component of enterprise management, plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency and unleashing employee potential. In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has provided new performance management tools and methods for private enterprises. By utilizing artificial intelligence technology, companies can more accurately evaluate employee performance, develop personalized incentive plans, and effectively enhance employees' work enthusiasm and creativity. This article aims to explore how private enterprises can use artificial intelligence technology for performance management, analyze its implementation path and key elements, in order to provide reference and inspiration for private enterprises and promote their sustainable development.
