Abstract:
This article explores the important role of strategic planning in portfolio management, program management, and project structure. Strategic planning, as a core tool for senior management, can guide organizations on how to allocate resources, determine priorities, and achieve long-term goals. In portfolio management, strategic planning helps identify and organize projects with strategic value; in program management, it ensures collaboration and consistency among various projects; in individual project management, strategic planning provides direction and a framework. Through strategic planning, organizations can better cope with uncertainty, optimize resource allocation, improve project success rates, and ultimately achieve their overall strategic vision.
