In the wave of the digital age, business operations and management are undergoing profound changes. Faced with such changes, enterprises must utilize digital technologies to drive their own innovation and growth to adapt to the ever-changing market environment. This paper aims to explore how enterprises can promote their sustainable development through management innovation strategies, with the goal of providing strategic guidance for enterprise managers to help them maintain a leading position in the competitive market.
