Abstract:
In recent years, Chinese foreign trade enterprises have made significant progress in supply chain management, especially in digital transformation, green supply chain management, cross-border e-commerce, and global layout. However, Chinese foreign trade enterprises still face many challenges in practical operations, such as information asymmetry and data silos, high logistics costs, inadequate supply chain risk management, and changes in compliance and laws and regulations. This paper first discusses the current situation of supply chain management of China's foreign trade enterprises in detail, including that the digital transformation of the supply chain has improved transparency and efficiency, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has brought new market opportunities, green supply chain management has promoted sustainable development. Subsequently, the problems encountered by enterprises in supply chain management were analyzed, emphasizing the challenges posed by information asymmetry, high logistics costs, inadequate risk management, and regulatory changes. In response to these issues, this article proposes a series of rational suggestions, such as promoting the digital construction of the supply chain, optimizing the logistics network, establishing a comprehensive risk management system, and strengthening compliance management, in order to enhance the supply chain management level and international competitiveness of Chinese foreign trade enterprises.
