Abstract:
This paper analyses the trend of output value, scale and number of employees during the decade of 2013-2023, and points out that China's property management industry will continue to maintain the trend of growth in the management area, industry and the number of employees, but the growth rate will gradually slow down, and the basic type of property management services will be difficult to support the property enterprises to achieve rapid development. In the face of slowing urbanisation, property enterprises should change their mindset, and while continuing to strive to expand their management area, they should explore the potential market for property, explore the needs of community residents, actively expand value-added services, improve the comprehensive quality of practitioners, and provide better quality services to community owners, as well as help reduce costs and increase efficiencies through digital transformation to improve the market competitiveness of property enterprises.
