Abstract：

Focusing on the roles played by the governments and institutions of China and Kazakhstan in promoting cultural communication, this study provides an in-depth comparative analysis of the initiatives and effectiveness of the governments and institutions of the two countries in cultural communication in terms of policies and regulations, cultural institutions, and education. Cultural exchanges between China and Kazakhstan have been deepening, and have become an important link in promoting friendly relations between the two countries.By analyzing the actual cases of the two countries, the study summarizes the experiences and differences, and promotes cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in order to better promote cross-cultural understanding and cooperation in the context of globalization.
